Ordering Process

  1. After selecting the product(s), add them to your shopping cart.
  2. The cart content is visible by clicking the “Shopping Cart” button in the website header. This will automatically take you to the cart page.
  3. The shopping cart displays all added items in a list format, showing the quantity (pcs) and price of each product, as well as the total cart value.
  4. To proceed with the order, click “Checkout,” which will take you to the payment page.
  5. Enter the required delivery information.
  6. If you wish to send the package to someone else (e.g., as a gift), activate the delivery to another address option and provide the recipient’s details.
  7. Once the order is confirmed, you will see the order page, where you can pay immediately via a bank link or bank transfer. A copy of the confirmed order will be sent to your email in case you wish to pay later.

Shipping

  • Products will be shipped after the invoice is paid.
  • Delivery time:
    • If the product is in stock, it will be shipped the next day.
    • If the product is not immediately available, the delivery time may extend up to 6 weeks.

Payment Methods

Kiteloop offers the following payment solutions:

  • Credit Card
  • Bank Links:
    • Citadele, Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Pank – To pay using a bank link, click the respective bank icon.
  • Bank Transfer:
    • A copy of the order will be sent to your email, allowing you to pay via bank transfer at a convenient time either through online banking or at a bank office.
    • When paying by bank transfer, be sure to include the order number in the payment description.
  • Installments:
    • Esto Installment – 0€ contract fee.
    • Esto 3-part installment plan.

Shipping

  • Items are sent to the delivery address provided by the buyer.
  • Delivery time:
    • If the product is in stock, it will be shipped the next day, and delivery will take 3–5 working days.
    • If the product is not immediately available, the delivery time may extend up to 6 weeks.
  • The above delivery times apply from the moment the order is paid.
  • If the shipment is damaged during transport (products, but not the packaging, are damaged), the items will be replaced for the customer. If replacement is not possible, we will offer reimbursement for the damaged product’s cost.

Return and Warranty Policy

  • Products purchased from Kiteloop come with a 14-day return policy starting from the receipt of the goods.
  • The consumer’s right of return is regulated by applicable laws.
  • The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • To return a product, please send a request to info@kiteloop.ee within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • The product must be returned promptly, but no later than 30 days.

A refund for the product will be issued promptly but no later than 30 days.
